The hotel is perfectly situated just around the corner from Times Square, which was definitely a plus. The rooms were smaller than I expected, and I had an issue with noise from an air handling unit nearby. The service staff was friendly, but my arrival was a bit disappointing due to a booking mix-up. Dining at the Chinese restaurant was okay, but cleanliness could be improved. Overall, it offers a great location and value for money, but the rooms could be better.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Times Square, which made exploring the city super easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I was really disappointed by the lack of a view and some noise issues at night. The staff was friendly but could be more informative. The dining options were quite limited and overpriced for what you got.
